Notes on Design:
- Mona does have paws at the bottom of her legs, they're just hidden most times but all her leg fur (think of a Blaziken's legs but even moreso covering!)
- Lines/visible tiredness is key to her design, can be a little subtle to see due to her eye 'patches' but they're meant to help emphasize it like eyebags.
- She has a bunch of little moles across the white of her body, is shown on ref but is also subtle.
- The front bangs of her hair are meant to be asymmetrical in weight, with her right side being longer and fluffier, as seen.
- The fur collar is best when it's drawn about as wide as her shoulders roughly! How else is she supposed to sleep comfortably without all of it there?
- It's like 15 inches if you're wondering, can be drawn bigger, remember the knot, hehe~
